No intention to switch programs in between, even if I'm required to reset my numbers earlier than week 12 (since you're over-reaching past week 5 pretty much). Then once I completed week 12, I reset and re-entered my new numbers for my second block. Took a several year break from the gym and decided to go all in with Madcow this year (both for muscle memory and to see how much I can truly milk linear progression past my old numbers). I've since ran PPL, Upper/Lower, and DUP programs. My very first run with Madcow was years ago.
